Please review the reservation for accuracy. Notify us immediately of any errors.
Your rate may be based upon a minimum length of stay. Changing the duration of your reservation
will void your minimum length of stay discount and your room rate will be recalculated to the lowest
rate available at the time of the change to your reservation. Cancellations of deposits paid prior to 14
day cancellation will be refunded minus 20% handling fee. Cancellations must be made 14 days
prior to your reservation date. Cancellations of reservations made less than 14 days prior to the
arrival date are forfeiture of one nights lodging per rooms reserved. If you need to change your
arrival date or change the number of nights on your reservation, please notify us immediately,
we cannot guarantee the requested changes will be available. No refunds will be processed for
early check-outs; nor do we process refunds due to inclement weather. You are responsible for all
charges for the number of days you have reserved. We guarantee room types; however, we cannot
guarantee specific room numbers.
WE ARE A FAMILY ORIENTED MOTEL. CHILDREN AND YOUNG ADULTS MUST BE
ACCOMPANIED BY A PARENT, UNLESS 21 OR OLDER.
THE BALANCE FOR ALL CHARGES IS DUE IN FULL AT CHECK-IN.
We accept U.S. Currency, Traveler's Checks, MasterCard, VISA, Discover, & American Express.
We do not accept personal checks. 3.99% Service Charge applied to all sales.
*Reservations are non-transferable.
*$10.00 per night extra person charge.
*The Clarketon Motel assumes no liability for stolen or damaged vehicles and will not be
responsible for accidents or injury to guests or for loss of money, jewelry or valuables of any
kind.
*PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED. Guests who violate our pet policy will be charged a $100.00 fee.
*All Rooms are non-smoking. Smoking permitted outside. Guests who violate our non-smoking policy will be charged a $100.00 fee(More if damage is incurred as a result)

In the event you must cancel your reservation their will be a 20% service charge provided we are
notified 14 days prior to the arrival date. Cancellations or cancellations of reservations made less
than 14 days prior to the arrival date are subject to forfeiture of one nights lodging per rooms
reserved. If you need to change your arrival date or change the number of nights on your

One bed units sleep up to 2 people including kids, Two bed units sleep up to four people including kids, Three bed units sleep up to 6 people including kids. One extra guest in each room with an additional fee.

Cash Discount: Pay by Cash and Save: As an incentive for customers we now provide a discount to pay with cash by giving a 3.99% immediate discount on the service charge.
